I learned the importance of having a consistent social media strategy, responding to the community in a timely manner, and making our social media presence visible. I plan to apply these strategies to improve engagement and communication with our learners 

I learned that research and planning are essential for creating and effective social media strategy. I plan to use this knowledge to better understand our student's needs, choose the right platforms, create relevant content, and improve communication and career opportunities for our students and graduates

I learned the importance of having a clear purpose and strategy tools to better connect whit students and graduates, promote career opportunities, and improve studente enagagement

In this module I learned important concepts such as VALUE and BENEFITS as equals ; risk and price and how to use them to persuade prospective students, as well as ways to create or enhance the value of our offering
