I learned that emotional intelligence is an important part of effectively leading and motivating others. I can demonstrate emotional intelligence by managing my emotions, actively listening, and understanding how others may feel in different situations. I plan to apply this by communicating with empathy, remaining calm during challenges, and building positive relationships with my team.

Focus on answers that strengthen the team as a whole, especially shared goals, alignment, and open communication. When problems arise, address them directly and reinforce existing processes rather than avoiding issues or changing systems too quickly. Prioritize meaningful motivation and collaboration over surface-level fixes, while allowing flexibility to support creativity and engagement.

This was a great course in delegating tasks/responsibilities to further strengthen my team's ability to reach higher goals and grow as a team.
