The process of transferring credits is more involved than I thought, and I was not aware that applicants must be informed about transfer credits initially; however, it makes sense that this is a requirement.
The various departments (such as Student Services) within a school will vary on what their responsibilities are, how they assist students ect
Schools have process to ensure that students are fully informed of their financial obligations and options in addition to other components of enrolling.
I wasnt aware that this training was required for essentially anyone in an institution of higher learning that may interact with students. I certainly didnt realize all that were expected of Admissions staff to complete.

Career Ed Lounge is embedded in over eighty professional development portals serving the career and technical education community. Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals. With a few exceptions, Performance Groups are also publicly available to any member of the Lounge to maximize peer-to-peer learning and performance outcomes.
