I've learned a lot about the Title IX and various forms of misconduct within the school and how it should appropriately handled in a fair judious manner.

What I understand this section to be about is the proper method to maintain student records within the institution and as a individual  faculty member. It is important to know who actually has access to student records and when a student is able to amend what is stated within the records.
