In this module I have learned the importance of knowing how to utilize online resources to effectively communicate with students. Additionally, it is important to share the expectations of the class with students and identify any deficits prior to the start of classes. Identifying strengths or lack of knowledge regarding computer literacy leads to teachable moments, improving class success.

This module has provided me with useful information regarding the importance of effective timely communication, the importance of group interaction and participation, and the importance of contributing to allow your voice to be heard.

Videos especially those used to introduce an instructor to students are extremely helpful. It really helps students to gain information and some substance about the instructor prior to the start of the class.
