I learned that we have to provide students lessons with interactivity as:  power points with audio and video feedbacks on performance and organization in the materials and course contents.

I learned that online education is student self oriented an instructors are facilitator of learning processes.

I learned the differences between synchronious and asynchronious learning, the advantages and disadvantages and the requirements of each one.

As a Medical Billing instructor, i am already using screen recording apps to give my classes.  It is an excellent tool because students can hear your voice and see you as the same time that you are teaching and demostrating the learning process. It gives a human presence to your courses.
