You are submitting a bundled package that represents you as a standout candidate. All of your documnets should speak to your value and fit. I did not see the important of all pieces until this course, even when it was requested by the emloyer. Great stuff!
A reume is an important tool much morethan just a reading piece. It paints a picture, dates your experince and represents your brand on paper. It should be a supportive document to your experince and skills.
Layout matters and there are 3 basic formats. Also, the things that should be avoided on a resume. Lastly, that the recruiter does not spend a lot of time on the resume so you need to make your inforamtion count.
Relationship with thte candidates just as importatn before placement and after palcement. Continue communication about the job to reaasure them that they are making a great choice and that they can complete the duties and responsibilities.
Have a plan, implement the plan and think about what you could have done better. All this aspects are useful when interacting with the candidate and the employer. Take good notes from the employer and your candidates.
