The use of technology to make the process of questioning engaging and interactive as well as help with stretches of silence. It can encourage more students who may be shy to include their voice. 

That there is a relationship between the learning style and which subjects student's may have an aptitude for. We are a hands on and clinical environment at our college and attract a wide variety of learners. I think a first step for us will be including information about learning styles at new student orientation coming up in two weeks.
