It is important to know and learn the programs and the function of each department at the institution to be able to properly and better help our students.  Having that knowledge ensures we can help our prospective and current students achieve their career goals. 

It is very important to stay on point with all the admissions requirements.  We need to maintain consistency of the Admissions process to ensure we are properly serving the students and keeping the upmost consistency of the institution. 

It is imperative to know the rules, regulations and policies to be able to follow the process correctly.  I'm enjoying the modules because it keeps us informed and provide us with the right information to be able to perform effectively on our Admissions roles.
