I found this course interesting. I always had a foundational idea of the difference between leading and managing, but this course provided more insight. There are certain times when you need to be a manger, or a leader, or even both. I want to become an expert navigator in determing the right times to be what my team needs me to be for their growth, success, and meeting their goals.
