This session of the trini g was very informative. I learned the difference between Asynchronous and synchronous, this learning of the two different styles will assist on how to coordinate my class when small class, one on one, large class. 

I learned that using short biography methods is one of the many tools you can apply it to help you build a good rapport with your students, will also provides brief information about your students motivation for the program.

Be familiar with the online program, and how to deliver the program for student understanding. Prepared ahead of time by reviewing the material to be taught. 

I learned, when you as an instructor prepared ahead for class, using all the resources available to you, utilizing different methods for delivering the material.  Be organized and knowledgeable of the course material you will be presenting to your class.  

What is the adult learning theory?

Having students introduce themselves on the first day of class, will assist the instructor to recognize how the student is going to fit in the course.

Introducing yourself, give a brief introduction of your experience in the field you are teaching, the student will feel comfortable knowing that you have the experience to help them be successful in their chosen field.  Providing the students with handouts relevant to the material been taught, guiding the students with tips on how to take notes for passing exams course, also gives student motivation to continue aiming for 100% completion of the program.

Students will ask questions, as an instructor, it is very important to have good knowledge of the material and the requirements of the course/program.  Reminding the student on regular basis of the pathways available to them in their field.
