Based on the information, I lead.

I have learned that leadership and managemnet work hand in hand and that sometimes you may function as one or the other and often times as both. 

It provides tools and methods to offer discipline. 

The presentation embraces a "don't wait" persepctive. I appreciate that. 

I learned about the 4 different types of instructors and learned what combinations I am. 

Breach of Duty must not only be proven, but also the methods to teach safety to avoid a breach of duty.

Evaluation by a rubric allows the learner to maximize their potential. 

While lab time is crucial for the kinesthetic learner, some materials are expensive and may not be available for the demonstration/experiment and cause the lesson to be shortened or not being complete. 

All of the domains of Bloom's Taxonomy should be utilitzed to further challenge the learner's aptitude.

Having the students enact with real clients or simulated situations is crucial to the progress and development of learner.
