Social media can be a great resource for the admissions team, but it is essential to remember that the content must be compliant. 

I've learned that it is important to stay updated with all rules and policies to best help any prospective student.  

I've learned that it is important to be transparent with prospective students with tuition and answer questions they are asking for. 

I learned to use the correct terminology and verbiage when assisting prospective students including transfer credits. 

I learned how important for prospective students to get all the necessary information an institution has to offer before they make their choice of university.  

In this module, I learned the difference between Florida and Illinois policies regarding financial need and interview processes. 

I work as a Field Representative in Illinois with 7 years of undergraduate recruitment experience. It is great to learn more about other states' policies.
