Effective time management and active participation are most important for success in online learning. 

Students may and can learn new technology tools on their own. Instructors should implement new technology to advance learning process and make sure that all students can access these tools and are capable of using them.

In this module I learned that communication should be effective, consistent and respectful. 

I learned that motivation assistance in online classes is having a great importance, that the time management skills are different and therefore, sending reminders might help students to succeed.
