Training is effective if applied in practice

Awareness and knowing what to expect the first day of class is very crucial

I learnt that Empathy and support is needed for adult learners. Also, the most effective teachers motivate their students through clear communication and genuine passion for their subjects. They create safe spaces for mistakes and set high standard with supportive guidance.

I have lernt that in this lesson, It is important to criticize the behavior not the the individual and also to use "I" Not YOU when addressing a person who is disruptive in the classroom.

I plan to incorporate more of the guide management styles in the classroom setting. One of the few lessons that I have seen in adult classrooms, is being consistent, be a role model and expect everyone to participate in the classroom. It fosters better communication.
