The importance of the communication diferentiation between generations. Different languages exist. The importamce of using various technoly tools.

There are more than one pathways of comunication when we work establishing standards. I2S, S2I, S2S. Protocols for each.

Also the importance of including the protocol in the syllabus or a handbook. Consequences and disciplinary measures should be informed and expressed in a written form where the student confirms receipt. 

I learned that the utilization of technology is a process that should developed in a orderly manner.

Each stage of the process has to be carefully applied.

Recognize the importance of the student participation by creating purpose driven engagement. By promoting online chats with one another  the students will be able to internaliza the facts and conceptsn od the course. 

To combine the different types of lecture formats in order to maintain the students attention. To allow the student more than one attempt to answer a quizz, so that he learns based on what he knows instead of what he does not know.

Recognition of the importance of increasing knowledge and enhace application of the knowledg thru the correct learning activities. The diferent methodology of questioning is valuable in order to combine each and creat a blend. 

Emphasisi on organization in the student engagement process. 

To always have in mind the connection of student - instrutor and create the space so that students develop as contributors.
