It was helpful to me to learn about and reflect upon the usefulness of various methods of communication to enrich the asynchronous learning experience.

I'm an introvert.  I realize however, that my students will benefit greatly from increased communication.  I'm motivated to improve.

I have a fair amount of experience with synchronous online learning - it's been helpful to reflect on the modifications that will provide an enhanced experience as I prepare for an  asynchronous modality.

I'm excited to learn more about "curated" technology as a tool to elevate the efficacy of online learning.

Our college offers hybrid format courses.  I found the methods suggested for online course formats to create educational richness and increase positive learning beneficial.   I actually employed some of these methods during the pandemic, when our format was 100% online.  I;ll confess that I find the hybrid model challenging - I look forward to revisiting my methods to seek better integration of these principles to our hybrid modality.

I really enjoyed learning about the following:

1.  A CMS orientation course fopr students.  My college is not offerring this yet, and I think it would be very helpful.

2.  Reading about student activity reports prompts the question:  how can our CMS steamline communication re: student progress, both from a student support perspective, but also form a administrative reports/compliance perspective?  I'm intrigued and intend to investigate.
