well first this was very helpful. So now i know a lot more about setting up test

being able to make sure you are helpijg the student and teaching them so they understand the material

You should make sure that when you ask a student a question to not put them on the spot and to maybe after work something in so you are helping them out not just pointing them out if wrong. Work with them best you can

you can always make sure that each student is able to ask questions and feel comfortable doing so

I can motive them by telling them good job on something they did or maybe showing them a good role model. Let them know about when they get out there on the field how it might be. Try and get them excited about it

make sure to keep the kiddos focused. Don't let class get boring or have to many distractions were they can lose focus ask them questions and keep them engaged

to share a story with them or even a joke before starting the class. You can also let them know that are good with them also telling something they might have done over the weekend

i feel like with me i want to show my students that i am here for them and to always ask questions cause i still ask them and that i am here for them

make sure that all students can see you good when doing your demonstration and they are paying attention to you. Then after they do their demonstration see where some had problems and maybe go over it again so they understand it better

getting to know your students names and sharing something about you with them will help with both parties
