Many times the stress of managing our time and energy gets overwhelming. If a person can stay focused and find ways to work around a monumental task by delegration of the work load, taking a few extra minutes every day to look over the schedule and reprioritize if needed, to ask for help. Even taking a short walk to clear your head and actually help you work more effectivly.
Much of the time anxiety is a perception and not always a reality. It is important to re-evaluate the situation you are in to see if you have actual reason to worry or if the situation if looked at differently can reduce your anxiety becuase you see it as a fun challenge and not a scary project.
While some people motivation is a job that brings to them a lifestyle of monatary rewards they find fullfilling, then you have people who are not as motivated by the monatary rewards but by the internal pleasure they get from the the pride of their education and status it brings.
This type of student can be a challenge but yet so fullfilling, this class has enhanced my desire to continue working this type of student
