The most effective way method of managing records is to establish a simple record keeping system that can be stored for future retrieval.  Build and maintain an organized file system that facilitate easy location such as an dedicated e-mail address.

I learned that constructive and positive feedback is essential to encourage participation and motivation.  Also some criticism should be emailed to the student and not shared with the class.

We as teacher need to establish relationships with our students, we need to get to know them as if we were in a physical environment/classroom and not a virtual one. Also, our students need to establish relationships with each other. 

In an e-learning environment students rely on their instructors intellectual, emotional and technical support to make learning successful. 

The students need to know that you support them, so we need to provide informative  and constructive feedback  in a timely manner.
