The ability to create a positive personal interaction with the students is essential as a lot of the communication happens more online now. This helps create more connectedness. 

It is crucial to set realistic expectations and make sure that the student is able to make their own decisions. If we hold their hand throughout the entire process, then they will not be ready to act on their own in the real world. 

Building strong relationships and being an effective listener are the main pathways of your student's success. 

In this section, I have learned that it is important to have an Unconditional Positive Regard towards the students. This ensures that they are not being judged as the career coach is being empathetic and patient throughout the entire process.
