Indubitably, communication is the cord that ties all the soft skills together and makes delivery seamless without offending anyone irrespective of their cultural belefs and various background. I attest to the fact that emotional intelligence should rank as high as communication because if you noyt able to regulate your thoughts than you make not be able to perform  effeciently as a team member when opinions are diversed and one's

One of the hall marks of professionalism is good communoication skills and a dependable emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.

An instructor should be a perfect model of dependability and integrity.

Worthy of note to mention that soft skills is the cord that ties hard skills and application of it to achieve success as a learner, if im the best student in the class but cannot apply common sense or seeing team work with my colleagues as extermely important, then success can hardly be achieved no matter the amount of effort invested.

In this module I have learnt that as importance as attending school is to master a skill, sustaining the skill and making it profitable during application is only accentuated through soft skills, no one wants a recluse in a job where your disposition and personable appearance speaks volume. Ability to relate to other workers is as important as been top of the class in academics.

Why shoul an adult learner hone the skill of applying  mnemonics in learning?

Mnemonics use can not be overemphasized, most adult learners are able to convert information decoded and stored in short term memory to long term memory, assisting with remembering the information for a long time  and also in applying it overall to life skills and success as whole.

what is the best way of retaining information or enhancing what is learned?

For the adult learner the best way of rentention is application of knowledge garnered in a class setting at multiple levels to several higher areas and seeing how each knowlege assists in retention and been proficient in the world at large.

what learning method seems to be the most used by adult learners?

By experience both as a student and an instructor, most students of mine usually combine auditory and kinesthetic modes of acquiring new material, when I paused to ask a student why they prefer to listen and also write  new information into their note books at the same time as the time they hearing it in real time.... How is episodic learning of an andvantage to the today adult learner?

this kind of memory is based upon  the recall of experiences from the learner's past , here the advantage is that new informaation can be  associated with previous experiences for greater retention , application and use of information .
