This will be my first role as an electrical educator. In my time leading up to this training, I have given much more thought to the curriculum and technical considerations than I have to the soft skills necessary to teach effectively. ED101 has prompted me to take time to contemplate how I will be a model to students and how best to be fair, impartial and professional.
