I learned about intrinsic motivation, which will allow my students to take control of their learning and stay actively involved, ultimately leading to meaningful learning.  I also learned that providing instructions in direct ways will help meet the different ways that my students learn.

I learn that dealing wth these issues can be sensitive, and I must be careful not to offend my students by not knowing how to approach and direct them to the right person who can help with their accommodation.
