Learned that ethical communication is key and how Fair Consumer Practices are essential to know to keep compliance.

The importance of proper documentation and the understanding of it. It is important that the student is fully aware and understands what they are entering into.

In this module I have learned that the position of Admissions Representative comes the understanding of several different regulations and responsibilities. We are here to inform and be the experts of the institution.
