AI utilization is the future. It is important to stay informed on the topic and integrate it at all opportunities to prepare the learner for the workforce.

Currently, AI is a tool that is just there; we are currently not integrating it into the cirriculum. It is important to incorporate AI in the educational track to enhance, not replace, learning methods and material for the learner.

AI can be used to enhance earning in many differnet ways. Firstly it can provide a personalized training scenario/program for the individual learner to focus on their deficinecies or important subjects. It can also be used to create scenario based training, placing the theroetical in a more realistic situation for the learner to respond to. Challenges are unique and will present itself form costs to difficulty in implementation. 

AI is the new frontier for the globe. There is the potential for enhancing learning and time saving from the educator stand point. Of course there is some considerations that need to be accounted for and learning as a whole needs to adjust to include the use of AI. This will from educator training in AI and a robust system of lessons learned to refine implementationa and or use. 

Taking note on how a class or exercise went is a common mistake. With the pressure of preparing for the next class or day, it is often forgotten to note the good stuff. Taking note of what went well is part of preperation, and can support the instructor on repeating past successes, which is what we are striving for. 

Angry students are not the large population but it does occur. When dealing with an angry student it is important to listen, take notes, and keep firm to the decision that is made. I plan to use this when evaluating students during the practical portion of examinations in my course. Students will often dispute their grade, especally when it is a failing grade. I plan to allow the student to fully vent their point of view and listen for key points in their argument.
