That adjunct faculty that are current experts in their field are encouraged by many schools because of their knowledge in the field.  Sometimes you hear that adjuncts are not fully invested in their courses because they may not have buy-in when they are not full time faculty. 

I didn't know what synchronous and asynchronous was. 

The more personal you can make the online experience the better. There are so many techniques you can use to make this type of learning a great experience. 

I learned about all of the different components and resources within CMS.
