Do not let technology be a substitute teacher.  If you are going to incorporate it, make sure you are just as involved with it as the students are.

Using new technology helps expand a students resources

Evaluation of solving former problems may help you in future instances 

Several types of intelligence goes into critical thinking.  One should stop and reflect on the process

Critical thinking is an ongoing learning process.  teachers need to develop lessons with this in mind

Critical thinking is useful in everday life.  One should never stop developing critical thinking

Intrinsic motivators have goals where as extrinsic is more based on reward

Giving the students the motivation will help them participate in class more.  They will take on more ownership

Active learning is very useful as long as the instructor takes the time to set up the goals for each lesson

Active learning will keep the interest of student longer and they will be less likely to disengage.
