I learned about the different FL statutes that apply to FL higher education processes. I learned about the process of student enrollment (i.e. what the forms typically contain), and general financial aid information. 

I have learned about the particular accreditation process, the importance of ongoing / up to date training, that language is vital to providing efficient, quality services for prospective and current students, and keeping a proper resource book assures that processes are done correctly and updates to policies and procedures are continuously accurate and available.
