Consistency on how the instructor layout courses, and always having a feed back

As an Instructor we need to understand students, and gie feed back at all times.

I learned that communicatoin and organization is the key, to student and instructor understand the course.

It is so importnat to learn all kind of technology teaching tools.  This way you can asssist students as well as an instructor have the best training.
