Great stuff!  I agree that sometimes a good strategy is to "set them free."  If you push too hard sometimes, it could give off the wrong vibes and result in buyer's remorse.

I specifically like how you must address the benefit by tailoring it to the client's needs.  It is also important to complete check ins to assess how engaged the student is.  Are they understanding? 

Students perceptions are the ones that show determine our value.  It is true thats risks and effort must be considered when determining value.
