This course helped understand learning from the student's perspective and how engaging in class to improve student's success. 

It is important to discuss your accessiblity to the students as well as review policies and procedures that are relevant and specific to your class  and  include them in syallbus.

It is essential to always be prepared and have a checklist for your class.   The syallbus can be viewed as  a contract between the instructor and students. 

As a new instructor, knowing my school and personal growth and learning wil contribute to being a great instructor.
