This is a great reminder to challenge the way I view diversity & my approach to teaching to ensure I reach every student on their own learning level. I know everyone one learns in different manners, including several ways of instruction is so vital. Getting to know my student for who they and their learning style, will help create a teaching environment that can help maximize learning outcomes.
