I've found that adult learners respond when they believe that your purpose is their success. When they believe that you're in it with them and for them, they connect with you.

Completed E101, E105 &E107

I just completed EL101, and found this course to be quite beneficial. I am the Program Director for some programs at an online school, so I am engaged in course development activities regularly, but I do not have a degree in education, so getting the curriculum development knowledge to pair with my subject matter knowledge is great!
