creating separate grades for behavior is better than bonus points or incorporating behavior grades into academic grades.
Behaviors (what can be observed ) can be changed with focus and structure. Values and beliefs are invisible and stem from experiences.
The importance of soft skills vs. content knowledge; skills necessary for remote enironments; how 'Why' impacts what we do.
I will focus in reinforcing skills for remote staff and discussing the 'why' of our mission and vision

Career Ed Lounge is embedded in over eighty professional development portals serving the career and technical education community. Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals. With a few exceptions, Performance Groups are also publicly available to any member of the Lounge to maximize peer-to-peer learning and performance outcomes.
