Learned that variation in delivery of course content helps to stiumlate learning and keep students interested.

it is good to introduce the instructor and have the student introduce themselves. Getting to know a little about others who will be learning and working with each other in a learning environment.

I learned the need for preparing a syllabus and that it serves as a contract between the student and instructors on what is to be expected for learning in the classroom about a course.

In order to motivate students, model what you expect of them. Be honest and show genuine interest and enthusiasm for what is being learned.
