Always state the facts when speaking with future students as you do not want to run the risk of mis-informing a student and then losing their trust.

The choice of words is critical when conveying information. Ensure all statements are factual and avoid any ambiguous or imprecise language.

I learned that it is important to disclose to the prospective student if they want to transfer credits in the future it would be up to the receiving school on what all would transfer. Never guarantee something you do not 100% know and can disclose.

I learned that federal funding can only be approved to a school is they are Title IV eligible. 

I learned that compliance is more so a set of rules that ensure the understanding of a company's policies and how things should be done. Culture of compliance ties in compliance as it upholds integrity and ensure safety.
