It si our responsbilty to set our rules on the first day of class, make sure it is written inside the class syllabus and post it on the class wall. Teachers should make their rules known to the student not after 2weeks of class, teachers has to be firm becasue students know how to manipulate their ways .

As a new instructor this class gave me insight about what teaching ia sll about, I taught before the teacher get ready and go to class to teach, but it takes a lots of preparation , reading and ready. Taking this class is an eye opener for me

This topic that I just completed was very intresting to me because it gave ma an insight on how to handle different type of students that we encounter in class every day. As a new instructor it is intrsting to me to know that we have all these differnt student, also I learn how to prepare for the class for the first time.
