I've learned as the school grows in it's census, and as online education is gaining strength, we should consistently revisit the need for changes or upgrades in library resources, physical space, and additional positions that support student success.

My takeaways from Student Services:

• Graduation is a powerful student motivator  
• Exit interviews are important in preparing students for externship and job placement readiness
• Professional organization membership can boost student confidence

I've learned the importance of brainstorming about new programs, what programs are relevant, and what programs are becoming obsolete.  My implementation will be the thoughts I give to what programs have been successful in the past 5 years, and start to think outside the box for the next 5 years in an online trending educational world.
