I learned in this module about Admission Compliance that the more we know about the Institution Program, we are going to be able to support our students. It's very i important to keep our notebook resources up to date with the guidelines and procurers to be able to offer accurate information and guidance and keep the student informed with each step about college and career success.

I learned about this topic that there are many ways Institutions can promote their programs. But all the institutions need to follow some Rules about advertising and promotional literature. Also, the Institution offers a Student Service program that supports the student to get success in their college path and with the career services team to support the student with their employment path. This type of counseling and assistance encourages the student to achieve their final goal in their professional life.

In this module, I learned that the admission process requires a lot of paperwork.  Based on the institution are the specific guidelines for the enrollment process, but all the institutions have to follow Rule 6E-1.0032, FAC, relates to the enrollment agreements.

I learned about the importance of identifying the variety of terminology used in the career school sectors, such: Accreditation, Agent, Enrollment and FAC (Florida Administrative code). Also, I learned about the importance of creating a notebook as a reference guide. The notebook is a great resource that helps me to keep me informed about institutional catalogs, enrollment agreements, marketing, and other important information. In overall, this training provides important information that help me keep up to date with the regulations and policies.
