I learned about overcoming obstacles and most importantly the financial hesitation.

Overcoming obstacles and challenges can be more important than any other step in the process. 

I have learned to be more open and patient with getting to know prospective students. 

I have learned the most respectful and ethical ways to engage with a prospective student. 

I have learned that everyone can lend value and lead to a team success. we just need to be aware of what each role brings to the group and appreciate them for what they give. 

I think that by using the 5 principles it can keep our team on track with one another to accomplish at a higher level.

I have learned that understanding a communication at a personal level is so important. 

You cannot rely only on what you believe but have to think outside and understand what other generations need.
