Up to now I never really considered the importance of a message's structure.  Developing one can be key to getting your points across in a concise manner and adding humor can make the call back seem less daunting and more like catching up or responding to a much needed invitation. I will work on several call structures to help me through the objections phases.

As a result of this lesson, I aim to be more positive about no shows.  I will consider mitigating circumstances that may have affected their attendance. 

I have learned lots of ways to connect to students for better rapport and to make conversations flow to the answers that are needed to assist with enrollment journey 

I've learned that connecting with the prospective student from the onset of the call is critical to building a great rapport. I am looking forward to connecting with each student to learning how to best address and meet their objectives for learning.
