Extending the curriculum into the workplace promotes confidence within the student. By allowing the student to practice what they have learned under a supportive environment. The employee and employer benefit equally. 

There are ways to deal with difficult students. Working in groups can help many types of students. The group is managing the issues without being offensive to the student. The student is being engaged and the energy from the group can help the student feel more secure in their learning. 

This learning module impressed upon setting up clear guidelines to prevent misunderstandings. Utilizing colored paper and boxes around key points in the syllabus was a creative format to identify important points or content. Furthermore, explaining how turning in assignments on time will help them in their career choice as well. Learning to organize themselves to accomplish goals on time is crucial for career success.  

When we are passionate about the information we are sharing. The recipients of the instruction will hear and see this. This form of energy created opens the minds and encourages active participation. 

Provide a learning environment that is calm, through organization. This environment will decrease anxiety and enhance learning. 

Providing a supportive learning environment can encourage class participation and growth. This type of learning environment encourage questions and discussions to stimulate the future critical thinkers of our communities.
