I found it very interesting to see the characteristics of online learning styles - avoidant, competitive and dependent. I learned the difference between asynchronous and synchronous and how to managed them during the online classes.

Students should have a personal experience with the faculty to create an real and open learning environment, allowing the student to see who you are gives them a connection and respect to the faculty.

 e-learning environment, students have a higher sense of comfort and security when they are convinced that someone will be there to support them and make their learning experience great. I will find out what my students needs are so I can help them be a successful learner.
