I didn't know that an institution doesn't have to have a formal marketing plan in place but I learned that as long as it follows Fair Consumer Practices, an institution will make marketing decisions based on budgets and other factors. 

It is important to know what is required, ask if there are questions, and understand what to do to adhere to the policies of the institution.

I currently work as a Senior Admissions Advisor in higher education and understand that this module will allow me to learn more about staying up to date on our institutions offerings, job placement rates, employment projections, learn more about the differences between licensing and accreditation and how this affects admissions procedures, learn more about transferability of credits, and to continue my education as required annually.
