Conflict management for e-learning is similar to in-person environment. Look out for the breeding of conflict and attempt to manage it early. 

Asynchronous discussions are not happening in real time but over time at the students pace and can be utilized for class discussions. Synchronous are real time and should be individualized.

That is good to share with the students a short biography and photo and request the same of the students.

It's best to stay up to date on technology so the online learning tools and layout a cohesive.

What stood out to me most was the practicing a demonstration prior. 

Engaging in activities focused on introductions it will set comfort for students, and also help create relationships for the future.
