I agree, the subject of this course hit home. It actually made me happy that what I go through everyday, is so real that someone like Melissa, writes about it.

sometimes we are doing it, without even thinking about it. we just have to take it one day at a time. I believe the support of those who love us and see our everyday challenge, will help tremendously in making progress.
there are not many yoga classes to accomodate the participants at 8:00 or 9:00 pm. If we could promote late in the evening yoga classes, I bet many people would participate in those classes.
we had a wonderful, on the task assisstance that her help and the willingness to go above and beyond to get things done, was something that helped me to reduce anxiety and stress.
I started to teach a new course. I was surprised that some of the instrutors were very possessive of their materials. I had to use the publishers power point slides which was a great idea to cut the time regarding the physical aspect of presentation.

Sometimes, getting the less priority tasks done on to do list although it is not recommended, but helps to collect energy for focused toward the more important tasks.
These guys are so quick in operating the gadgets, that they can make us look embarrassed.
I was asking around, since I found the reading and the logic behind each group very interesting. I think we can manifest different attitudes toward life not based on the X or Y or baby boomers, ..., based on what we see in other individuals strategies negaitve or positive toward life. Let's say, I am not gonna do certain things because my mom did or my grandma did, or on the other hand, I am going to do certain things because that is how mom did and it worked!
I think we are a composit of exposures to different generational cohorts and we can pick and choose characteristics that may or may not apply to our strategies toward life. Any one agree?
