The communication hierarchy is very important. We want to have the good attitude, people skill, sale skills and most of all knowing your products. I'm very surprised that attitude is at 50% but i understand. Lets face it the first impression is everything if a student see we have a bad attitude they do not want to come to that school. The staff make and break the organization.
