One of the things I leraned is the imprtance of the communication during the online learning process.

As an online intructor it is ver important to manage the learning enviroment in a good way, identifying conducts and manage them with the correct strategies.

In this module I learned important information about synchronic and asynchronic discussions, the importance and difference between them.

It is very important to prepare ourselves professionally and mentally to give and demostrate the skills needed to give the course.

It is very important to aquire knowledge based on the course content, delivery method,etc to guarantee the effectiveness of the learning experience.
