collaboartion is key because your students and you are brainstorming to find a common ground that works

i found from this course that you need to find the best way to communicate with the students and their learning,the way they learn and the best way its explained to them and integrate it in your cirriculum.

i learned to set boundaries for emails and respose times 

text messages are too personal unless its a reminder for something,email is a cheap and effective way to conatct all students but there are boundaries to emails set times and communicate when you as the instructor will be checking emails and answering.

you have to take alot into mind when trasefering f2f to onlien coures 

It is inporten to have feedback and use that to do changes to you course

i learned to use all tool you can and see what ones work or not 

I learned that it is necessay to have multiple evaluations to effectively biuld a course

rubrics are important for the instructor to grade everyone same and students learn what they have have done wrong and right. feedback is important students can benefit from all kinds of feedback.

Scaffolding is important because it lets students build on prior knowledge.
